A52 DVI 24+1 (DVI-D) Female to HDMI Male Adapter

Turn off monitor and computer. Connect the  Adapter to the HDMI port where it is needed. Plug the DVI-D cable into the adapter. Turn the computer and monitor back on. No drivers or software are necessary.
