Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after payment is received (including Saturday).
Combined shipping and handling is available for multiple items purchased in one transaction. Any applicable discounts are automatically applied upon checkout. Please refer to the shipping table below for specific cost amounts.
Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. If you discover incorrect shipping information on your order, try to contact us within 24 hours of order placement and we will work with you to update an address. Please be advised that due to our fast order fulfillment, we may not have time to change an address before a package is shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please try to contact us by phone as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel an order before it is shipped unless you have spoken to a customer service representative in person.
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes. Please verify with your customs before purchasing. Optional shipping insurance is available for both US and International shipping.

Shipping FAQ
Does HDE deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and usually take one to two business days to process and, once shipped, five to ten working days to deliver. However, HDE cannot control delivery time. Some APO/FPO orders may require 6-8 weeks of lead time.
Does HDE deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to all standard P.O. Boxes.
Does HDE ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere worldwide. Shipping rates and times are subject to change. Please refer to the shipping chart above for these rates and expect about 2-6 weeks for delivery time.
Where is my package?
We ship your order usually within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please refer to the Order Status page for an estimation of delivery time based on the illustrated map. If it is international, expect about 2-6 weeks. If you would like more detailed information on the status of your package, please refer to the tracking number you received in your confirmation e-mail and enter it in the corresponding field on Order Status page.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products 100% and each has been carefully inspected by us. However, we're aware that in the real world issues do occur, and we will strive to provide a solution whenever one is needed. We recognize that we couldn't be in business without our customers, and our job is to make sure you're satisfied with your shopping experience.

- Requests for exchange or refund must be placed within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
- Returns or exchanges on any item with FREE SHIPPING will incur a $2.99 S&H Processing Fee
- Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping & handling charges for returns/exchanges.
- Product must be returned in its original package, along with any accessories the item came with.
- Returns on garments and personal items such as hair and skin care products are only acceptable for return if they are unused in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of use. The product is subject to final inspection before the return is processed.
Returns & RMA FAQ
Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to hdeshop.com?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. HDE will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Customers should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?
Please email us at support@hdeshop.com to obtain an RMA number. Please include your order number, a detail explanation of the product issue, and if you are in need of a replacement or refund.

RMA processing time may vary depending on the product and reason for the return but general processing time is 5-7 business days once the RMA is received and meet all the following criteria:
1. Return with RMA number clearly identified in shipping label or on package. 2. Return with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, and packaging. 3. No physical damage caused by customer or by carrier.
Does HDE pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?
No, HDE does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. HDE will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly and without hassle.
